Stop prompting. Start delegating.

This runs live. You build in real time, ask questions in real time, and leave with systems that are already working.

Opens early September.

2 hours, live.

The gap is real. The ones who moved first are already pulling away.

Leverage

One person running team-level output. Not by working harder. By knowing which instructions to give and when.

Visibility

More content, better writing, faster research. The people growing fastest online right now are the ones who figured out how to scale their output.

Relative Edge

AI does not close the gap between you and better-resourced competitors. Knowing how to use it does. That edge is still open.

The Right Fit

Built for doers, not spectators.

This workshop is for people who want AI to change how they work. It is not for people who want to watch demos and collect prompt templates.

Best Fit Roles
FoundersSolo FoundersMarketingOperationsProductSalesConsultants

This is for you if...

  • You are a founder or running a small team and you want more output without adding headcount.
  • You already use AI, but your workflow still depends on copy-paste and manual cleanup.
  • You want practical systems you can apply to real work immediately.
  • You want AI doing the work without having to become a developer.
  • You want a small, focused workshop instead of a massive generic course.

This is not for you if...

  • You are not ready to change how you or your team actually works.
  • You are mainly looking for a swipe file of prompt templates.
  • You want deep developer training in AI-assisted coding.
  • You're at a large company with long approval chains and compliance reviews.
  • You want theory and AI trend talk more than hands-on execution.
The Shift

Every AI tool has a chat. I teach you what comes after the chat.

Right now, you ask AI one question at a time and copy-paste the answer. After this training, you will direct a coordinated set of AI assistants that research, write, and build together.

You will finish in a morning what your competitors spend hours on. That is not a small upgrade. It is a completely different way of working.

The Logistics

Here's what you get from day one.

Live Instruction

Face-to-face sessions.

Full Access

Lifetime recordings.

Frameworks

Ready-to-use kits.

Hands-on

Real-world builds.

Instructions File

CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md.

Private Cohort

Peer network.

The Workshop

Everything you need to build and command.

This is not about slide decks or prompt collections. It is about forging raw, operational capability. Here is exactly what you will master and the systems you will take with you.

The Curriculum

The Verify & Iterate Workflow

Stop expecting the AI to get it right on the first try. I will show you how to give a task, verify the result, and force the AI to immediately correct itself. This rapid loop is how you achieve high-quality final results.

Setting the Rules Before You Prompt

Learn how to steer the AI with one set of standing instructions your project reads before anything else. Set rules, boundaries, and specific goals before the AI reads your first prompt, saving time, reducing token costs, and preventing hallucinations.

Plan Before Executing

Diving straight into code or generation wastes resources. I will teach you to force the AI into a strict "Plan Mode" to research, analyze context, and architect a solution before executing.

Context Discipline and Sub Agents

Most AI quality drops come from too much context, not too little. Learn the slash commands that clear, compact, and refocus your session, plus how to spawn focused sub agents (like a research assistant pulling ten competitor sites in parallel) without polluting your main thread. Cleaner output from the same model. Agent Teams take this further. Instead of one focused worker, Claude runs several in coordination, each handling a different part of the goal. You describe the task once.

Screenshots and Voice Notes

Paste a screenshot of a design you like and the AI builds something that matches it closely. Talk through a messy idea out loud for five minutes and it comes back as a clean spec you can hand to anyone. Two ways to get what is in your head into the AI without writing a perfect prompt.

Hooks, MCPs, and Plugins

Hooks fire when something happens. Every prompt, every save, every session start. Your AI catches mistakes, captures feedback, and enforces your voice without you remembering to ask. MCPs and plugins extend what it can reach. Your tools, your data, your workflows. We wire one live in the session.

The Resource Kit You Keep

The File Your AI Reads First

This one file sets the tone for your entire project. Saved as CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md, it teaches your AI how your business works and what good output looks like. Get this one right and everything after it gets easier. We build yours together in the session, set up properly from the start.

Saved Playbooks (Skills)

Repeatable workflows your AI runs on demand. Research a competitor. Draft a weekly report. Screen a lead. You learn the exact format that makes a Skill reusable, build a few in the session, and leave with a starter pack. I share mine too.

Your First Live Workflow

We build one repeatable workflow together from my template, something like competitor research, social media content creation, or lead screening. You build it with your AI assistants and start using it live by the end of the training.

Parag Tahilramani
Your Instructor

Parag Tahilramani (aka PT)

I am a practitioner, not a theorist. For the last decade, I managed product and growth for high-scale startups across the US, Sweden, and Canada.

My background in growth marketing and product management taught me one thing: speed and precision win. I have built and scaled systems used in over 150 countries, and I have seen exactly how the world's most efficient teams operate.

I created this workshop because I watched too many talented people drown in manual work that AI can solve in seconds. This is the blueprint I built my own work on. Come in copy-pasting. Leave running AI assistants.

Questions?

Do I need to know how to code?

No. This workshop is built for founders, managers, and small teams. If you can write clear instructions in plain English, you can build these systems.

How long is each session?

2 hours, live. One focused session built around one skill area. You build something real and start using it the same day.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop and a Claude Pro account. We'll work in Claude Code, side by side, during the session. If you don't have Pro set up yet, no stress. The waitlist email walks you through it.

What does it cost?

Join the waitlist and I'll send pricing with your confirmation.

What if I miss the live session?

The session is recorded and sent to you after. Live attendance is recommended. The Q&A and the building you do in real time are where most of the value lands.

What if I change my mind?

Life happens. Reschedule anytime, or take a full refund up to 48 hours before the session.

Will this work for my specific industry?

Yes. The core principles of AI delegation, including researching, synthesizing, writing, and analyzing, apply universally across marketing, operations, finance, consulting, and product management.
