Roam Radar
A free interactive map of Canadian carrier roaming coverage. Six carriers.
I kept getting burned before international trips. Figuring out what my carrier actually covers for roaming meant digging through buried PDFs, outdated carrier pages, and five browser tabs open at once. It was a solvable problem. So I solved it.
Roam Radar lets you pick a carrier, search a destination, and see whether it is covered, what travel pass applies, and when the data was last verified. Every result links back to the carrier's official source. An automated pipeline refreshes the data so it stays current even when carriers update their plans.
I posted it in five carrier subreddits: r/freedommobile, r/FidoMobile, r/Koodo, r/PublicMobile, and r/telus. It hit #1 of the day across all five. About 50,000 views, organic, no ads. Two Reddit awards.

Staying on top of AI is part of my work, and even I was drowning in it. The feeds never stop, most of it is noise, and almost none of it tells you what any of it means for you. I wanted one place that cut the day down to what is real. So I built it.
AI Matters watches multiple news sources around the clock and updates all day as news breaks, surfacing only the stories worth your time. Every story comes with a plain explanation of what happened, and a separate line on why it matters to you. No hype. No endless feed to scroll. Just the news that matters, and why.
Rent vs. Buy Analyzer
A free Canadian rent vs own calculator that compares the decision across three frameworks, not just monthly payment.
Most rent vs own calculators stop at one number, the monthly payment. That misses the biggest factor. What would your down payment earn if you invested it instead? People make a six-figure decision off a single calculator output that does not account for opportunity cost. So I built one that does.
The analyzer runs three frameworks side by side. A price to rent ratio for the market signal. The unrecoverable cost each month. And a year-by-year net worth projection that factors in investment growth on the down payment and home equity at the same time.
Every assumption is visible and editable. Defaults are tuned for Canadian buyers. The math updates in real time as you change the inputs, so you can pressure-test the decision against your own numbers, not someone else's.
The three frameworks
A high level market signal. Compares home price to annual rent to show whether buying or renting is generally favoured in this market.
The slice of monthly housing cost that does not build equity. Shows whether renting or owning burns more non-recoverable cash each month.
A year-by-year forecast of net worth under each option, accounting for investment growth on the down payment and home equity over time.

The News Desk
News AgentA private news desk that watches Youtube and the major AI labs, then hands me the short version throughout the day. Long videos arrive already broken into tappable points, and tapping one jumps straight to that moment in the video.

Content AgentMy content agent drafts blog posts, emails, social posts, and ad copy, and keeps one voice across every channel. Every draft passes a quality check I built, and I sign off before anything goes out.

Lead AgentIt finds businesses on its own, then writes each one a personalized report on where AI fits their business, live on its own web page. The big opportunities come with a calculator so they can run the numbers themselves, rather than take my word for it.

Sentiment AgentBuilt for a business, this agent reads community forums, review sites, and social platforms in several languages, round the clock, watching what people say about the brand. Anything serious gets flagged quickly to capture sentiment shift.

Accounting AgentAn invoice lands in the inbox and an agent reads it the way a bookkeeper would, line by line, then files every number in the accounting software. Anything still unpaid gets a follow up 3 days past its due date, every time.

Content PipelineThe whole path from idea to published video: script, captions, edit, animations, thumbnail, and the scheduled post. More than 10 agents show up for a single video, and six of them read every script at the same time: hook, voice, accuracy, positioning, promise match, and an adversary whose job is to argue the other side.
Less than an hour instead of days, and I am the only person on it.
The Production Board
WorkflowA board I built to run my whole short form operation across six stages, from Ideas to Posted. Nothing off the shelf matched the way I work, so I made my own. One tap copies the status, so I can hand the work straight to an AI agent.

The Transcript Editor
Video EditorDelete a word from the transcript and the footage cuts itself. I built this editor from the ground up, a real desktop app, not a script or a template I picked up. The agent takes the first pass on its own, cutting the silences, the filler words, and the takes I repeated, and transcription runs entirely on my own machine.
The agent does the edit. I only make the final tweaks.
